MIKE DUFFY
Chief Executive Officer
Mike Duffy, a seasoned CEO with extensive govtech experience, has spent years driving organizational success and innovation by emphasizing transparency and collaboration, encouraging teams to explore creative solutions and ambitious objectives, which have contributed to notable growth and market reach. With a dedication for building purpose-driven organizations, Mike strives to guide CORE towards continued success, in navigating the dynamic govtech landscape.
CHRIS LEWIS
Chief Operating Officer
As CORE’s COO Chris leverages years of government software experience as the VP Strategic Growth for Paymentus where his team more than doubled the MidMarket growth rate year over year while establishing a best in industry partner program. Head of MidMarket for SEW where his team secured multi-million dollar growth and partnerships that changed the trajectory of the company. EVP of Harris Utilities SmartWorks where they took the MeterSense product and built it into Harris Utilities fastest growing company building out ARR of over $10m. Chris has also built successful growth organizations at ENMAX, Direct Energy and was COO of one of Canada’s fastest growing companies Attabotics. He has led over $4.5B in growth for companies and investors typically while generating excellent margins. He takes pride in demonstrating that companies can harness a growth culture while still working towards sustainability in operations.
ALAN PYRZ
Chief Innovation Officer
Alan has more than twenty-five years of experience leading engineering teams in the design, development, and support of enterprise software for the government, healthcare, and fintech industries. Alan has a passion for leveraging process and technology to improve individuals’ lives – both for clients as well as for internal teams at CORE. Prior to CORE, Alan co-founded eGov Strategies LLC.
ANDY BROOKS
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer at CORE Business Technologies, Andy leads strategic initiatives across product, engineering, information security, and DevOps. Previously, he served as VP of Information Security at Array and Splash Financial, where he built Splash Financial’s first security and infrastructure reliability programs. He has also held senior roles at CityBase, Optiv, and iManage, focusing on cloud security, DevOps, and security engineering. With a B.A. in Computer Science and Information Security from Roosevelt University, Andy blends deep technical expertise with a collaborative leadership style that drives innovation and resilience.
DAWN RIPPENTROP
Vice President, Sales, Marketing & Strategic Alliances
Dawn serves as VP of Sales, Marketing & Strategic Alliances at CORE, leading the go-to-market team to drive revenue growth, profitability, and strategic partnerships. With experience spanning multiple industries, Dawn brings a sharp focus on cultivating high-value relationships and delivering results through effective customer-centric strategies. She holds a degree from the University of Chicago, and leverages her strong communication skills and collaborative leadership style to align sales and marketing initiatives. Dawn is passionate about empowering teams and advancing organizational goals by turning opportunities into sustainable success.
HIREN DESAI
Vice President,
Client Operations
With over 25 years in Professional Services, Customer Support, and Development, Hiren has been passionate about taking care of customers and ensuring their satisfaction by delivering proven services, outstanding customer support, and well-tested products that allow for maximum productivity. At CORE, Hiren has successfully led Professional Services, Support, and Implementations teams and built successful vendor relationships. Prior to joining CORE, Hiren spent his career at SunGard and Superion.
JASON MAEDER
Vice President, Product Management
Jason is a seasoned product leader with over 16 years of experience driving innovation in software and fintech. He currently serves as Vice President of Product Management at CORE. Previously, he led product and UX at CityBase as the Vice President of Product and User Experience, where he helped streamline payments and digital services for the public sector. He also played a key role at Uptake, transitioning the organization to a product-driven model and shaping fleet-tech strategy. Earlier in his career, Jason held leadership roles at Microsystems, kCura, and Apartments.com. He holds a B.S. in Computer Graphics & Animation from DePaul University and an M.S. in Management Information Systems from Governors State University. Jason is known for collaborative leadership and delivering user-centered, strategic solutions.
